‘Beyond By Four Seasons’ invites guests to explore Tuscany in luxury vehicles

The Tuscan countryside is too beautiful not to be explored, which is why starting tomorrow four seasons florence is debuting Beyond Four Seasons. During this new guest experience, travelers will use the Florence property as a launching point to explore Tuscany in luxury sports cars or vintage classics that have been selected by the guest services team. The experience was developed in collaboration with Canossa Events and will feature daily activities driving through the Tuscan countryside, enjoying culinary offerings and wine tasting.

Beyond by Four Seasons begins on the lush grounds of Four Seasons Firenze with a welcome dinner al fresco in Faggio Garden. The property is large and steeped in history; the main building is an old palace from the 15th century and the second building, La Villa, is an old convent from the 16th century. Throughout the hotel you will find frescoes and statues dating back to when the buildings were originally constructed. Strolling around, you will be amazed at the impressive corners of the hotel, such as a lavishly decorated little chapel just off the lobby that can be booked for a fine dining experience. The exterior of the property is also equally charming, consisting of an extensive park filled with works of art, a pool area, and multiple restaurant and bar spaces. Be sure to book dinner at their Michelin-starred Il Palagio restaurant during your stay, where you can enjoy regional favorites like Livornese gallo agnolotti or Casentino lamb. Before your meal even begins, you’ll be treated to a beautiful four-bite veggie-centric amuse-bouche sampler.

Food will also be a central theme of the Beyond by Four Seasons experience, as guests will enjoy visiting wineries and restaurants in Tuscany. Wine lovers will get a glimpse of how it’s made when they visit the historic Antinori cellars and learn more during a private tour and wine tasting. Other destinations include a stroll through Siena with lunch at the famous Montalcino Town Hall or a visit to the famous elevated city of Bolgheri. A stunningly beautiful drive through its famous cypress-lined driveway leads to a walkable walled enclave filled with shops and restaurants. There will also be a stop at the Ornellaia vineyards.

The experience will open doors normally closed to the public: there will be a unique Florentine dining experience followed by a night at the opera. Beyond by Four Seasons is expertly selected to explore hidden trails and local secrets that visitors don’t normally get to experience. “We teamed up with Canossa Events to create something truly spectacular for our guests,” says Christian Clerc, president of Hotels and Resorts. “An ultra-luxury driving adventure where you enjoy both the journey and the destination.”

While there is much to explore, the program will also include time to recharge and enjoy the Four Seasons Firenze grounds. The property features a beautiful pool overlooking the surrounding greenery and there is also a large spa for a restorative treatment. At night, the open-air bar beckons with cocktails like its aged negroni (the cocktail originates here) and other creative libations. In addition, rooms such as its junior suites have balconies perfect for sipping an espresso and recharging before your next Italian driving adventure. Guests will look back on a week of culinary enjoyment, winery explorations, and seeing a side of Tuscany that only the locals know about.
